Am I supposed to re-pot my money tree?

I bought it 3 years ago and it has grown considerably. It came in a cute little pot and I am afraid it is getting too big for it. But all the decorative rocks on top of the soil are glued on and it is impossible to get the tree out. My hands hurt from trying to get the rocks out. It seems like maybe it’s not supposed to be re-potted.

    For another ten years.
    The pot and break the pot and break the stones apart to get your little tree out would get twelve inch straight sided pot for it will be alright for.
