Can anyone recommend a plant or shrub tolerant to adjacent roads (very close) that can take salt in winter?

My home is very close to a major road. I need to find a shrub or plant that will tolerate constant salt and debris from an adjacent roadway. I don’t want to spend a lot of money just so the plants will die. Thanks for responding.
