Help! My money tree is dying?

I have a braided money tree that stands about 2 ft tall. It was perfectly fine when I bought it two weeks ago. Now the leaves are all turning yellow and sagging. I could be watering too much, I don’t let the dirt dry out too much. If anyone has any experience, please tell me what I can do to revive it as well as a good plan to care for it (fertilizer, watering schedule, etc). Thanks.
