where can i cash money tree money order?

I’ve brought product from ebay and I return product back then seller send me money order from money tree inc. so I try to cash this money order but in virginia we don’t have this money tree branch, so I try to cash at walmart but walmart , supermarket , and gas station , they don’t cash this money order and I don’t have bank account also, so now where can I cash this money order from money tree?
