I’ve read that you need to cut a stem off or even just a single leaf to replant it. I tried both I cut a leaf off and put it in dirt, and it died I did the same with a stem and it also died. So with a little discriptiveness can you tell me how to do this properly.

I would also like to know how to make my original Pachira grow more shoots. I read that if you bend or break an existing stem another will grow from here. It did not work for me.
