I bought it 3 years ago and it has grown considerably. It came in a cute little pot and I am afraid it is getting too big for it. But all the decorative rocks on top of the soil are glued on and it is impossible to get the tree out. My hands hurt from trying to get the rocks out. It seems like maybe it’s not supposed to be re-potted.

I have a money tree that’s grown to 5 feet I’d like to cut it down as short as possible to train it into a braid- can I do this or will I kill my tree? Can I save the parts of stem I cut off ? Will they re-root?
