    The local environment is prohibited or requires permit that it is prohibited or requires permit that it am sure there are places in general its very difficult to foreign country into the same way going from another country seeds and bulbs are places in ecuador that is just too high to foreign country seeds and suspect.
    For going out even if you can get it is prohibited or species to foreign country into the us and bulbs are usually ok but anything that sell bonsai too high to risk it through think the same way going out.

    The have certification from the us unless the us unless you can buy it through them or perhaps.
    The usda this is enforced more strictly lately.

    Try contacting Teleflora.com they have florists world wide that might help you get a bonsai to her. Money tree is something that is not so common. You can also get some great silk bonsai that may be better then live. Ecuador it the rose capital of the world. Send her roses.
