My bonsai money tree is sick! It has black spots all over one of the trunks. What is wrong with it?

I just noticed that one of the twisted trunks has turned a lighter shade of green and it has black dots all over. It seems to have wilted by itself as the other trunks are not affected. What can I do to prevent the spread of whatever is going on?
