    mealybugs or scale insects. hand remove and apply a systemic insecticide

    The treatment once week for month.

    put a little organic dish liquid in a water bottle and fill with water and spray on the plant. The bubbles prevent the flies from making air pockets to breath in. They drown. Repeat when necessary

    sounds like aphids or something similar…just use some Pyrethrum spray and they’ll go away

    For either you can also pick them off by hand.
