My Money Tree looks wilted. What do I do?

The pot that came with the tree is covered with rocks and very little dirt. I pulled some rocks off and I found litlle pieces of styrofoam mixed between the dirt.

The best way to test soil is dry if water should make ball and no water should ring out when you squeeze its too wet.
The dirt squeeze its too wet.

My neighbour actually threatened her tree with cutlass and it started bearing again maybe you can try that or just plant new one.
