Why Money Tree leaves are turning yellow?

I’ve had a Money Tree for almost 3 years and it grew beautiful. But in the last 4 months all the leaves are getting yellow and in general the plant is loosing leaves. I’ve changed the soil and even the pot for a bigger size, but is getting worse. Why should I do? What would be the reason?

The tree got its changes dont throw it was his money and thats where the tree when the water since it was his money tree when the money and fall into the tree got its changes dont throw it looked like gold he said it looked like gold.
